Applications
For Cement Applications

Modibond - Cement Shakti It is a Co-polymer Cement Binder. It crosslink with Cement give fast curing and extra bonding with concrete/sand. Due to fast cross-linking damping of water (water tarai) can be reduced by 50%.

Modibond-EVA is a white milky Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate copolymer emulsion. It combines the performance properties of emulsions with the convenience, reliability, and polymer properties that is designed for adhesive and construction use. In construction improves the properties of mortar and concrete. Such as: workability, adhesion, water resistance, shocked and abrasion resistance.

For Carpet Industries

Modibond - L-Chem it is a Milky white Latex in Alkaline media. It is suitable to mix in the natural Latex 60% to improve the quality of the product in Coir Foam Mattress and Hand Tufted Carpet Industries.

For Carton

Modibond CPLA (New) it is a copolymer Emulsion. It is an excellent addition on carton side sealing by similar type of Cartonol Machine.it is an aqueous adhesive, hence one of the surfaces should be porous .It gives excellent bond on side sealing on varnished and laminated cartons
Modibond - 5010 is a Vinyl Acetate Acrylic Co-polymer dispersion specially developed for bonding UV Cured varnished cartons for the side sealing of cartons on CEKA type Machines.
Modibond- 5003 is a Co-Polymer specially developed for Side Sealing & liner cartons in the manufacture of laminated/ varnished cartons . It is recommended for use by means of nozzle application using pneumatic pressure. The adhesive gives excellent adhesion between board & flexible liner and side flap of cartons within a short period of 35 to 45 seconds & hence recommended for use in high-speed machine application

For Soap Wrappers

Modibond CPL - A It is a Copolymer dispersion of Vinyl Acetate and Acrylates. It has excellent adhesion to polyester laminated & poly coated soap wrappers, unvarnished & varnished cartons, used for packaging applications.

For Paint Industry

Modibond-APT is an acrylic copolymer in solution form specially developed for the paint industry as a thickening agent. The product has remarkable thickening property to the paint giving the required rheological property and stability.
Modibond-PTB is a Co-polymer of Vinyl Acetate and Butyl Acrylate in Dispersion form. It is suitable for the manufacture of Paints with good flow and setting properties. Paints of good gloss and with high pigments and extenders can be produced using this grade of emulsion.
Modibond-PTE is an Acrylic Co-polymer Dispersion having a combination of two Monomers namely Vinyl Acetate and 2-Ethyl Hexyl Acrylate as a Comonomer. The Film of the Emulsion is soft and clear and has good water resistance and compatibility with Pigments and Extenders.
Modibond-SPT is a Styrene Acrylate Copolymer Dispersion, which can be used as a binder for manufacture of Emulsion paint. It forms a clear & Hard film. The film forming temperature can be further reduced by solvents such as Ethyl-Glycol, Butyl-Glycol & their acetates. In addition solvents such as turpentine oil, Ethyl Alcohol, Ethylene-Glycol, White spirit, Toluene, Xylene, pine oil & chlorinated hydro -carbons such as Methylene chloride and trichloroethylene can be easily incorporated in the emulsion. This must be done slowly while stirring. It is advantageous to dilute water-soluble solvents with water before incorporation.

For Tourch Cell Wrappers

Modibond CBF-555 is a poly Vinyl Acetate Co- Polymer dispersion of low viscosity mixed particle size. It has excellent adhesion on laminated/varnished surface to paper & Board. It has been specially formulated to run on various types of automatic Lamination machine and torch cell outer wrappers.

For Cigarette Industries

Water Base Adhesive For Cigarette Industries for various bonding applications. Such as for bonding of Filter Rods to the tobacco, For bonding of the side of the paper used for seaming the cigarettes For bonding of aluminium foil to waxed or coated paper used for packing cigarettes into boxes .The machine ranges from 1000 to 3000 cigarettes per minute and the quality of adhesive should satisfy in all respects to match the machine speed.
